Meditating on Fall: A Sensorial Prelude to Autumn

While clearing space makes room for new beginnings and fresh perspectives, it's equally essential to set a meditative ambiance, allowing us to transition our thoughts, practice mindfulness, and indulge in a luxurious evening of self-care. So, If you, like me, are yearning for the poetic transition of seasons, let's embark on a mindful journey, crafting a sensorial prelude to fall.

The essence of fall is not just in its visuals but profoundly in its scents. As we await the season's full bloom, we can craft our own aromatic haven reminiscent of autumn's embrace. The rich tapestry of vanilla, sandalwood, cinnamon, pumpkin, and cardamom beckons.

Craft your own aromascape: Combine halved apples, cinnamon, cloves, anise star, cardamom, and a few drops of Supernatural’s “Reflecting” essential oil. The citrusy undertones of the oil dance with the spices, creating an olfactory symphony. Allow this blend to simmer gently on your stove, ensuring you replenish the water as needed. This aromatic ritual is not just about the scent; it's about the act of creation, the anticipation, and the mindful immersion in the moment.

Every changing season is bittersweet, and as you step outside into the warm summer night, you'll find a newfound appreciation for the "now."
