The beauty of going through something traumatic is we are given an opportunity to learn, to shift, and to expand. With this moon, you may experience the weight of all your emotions wrapped into one messy little package. It’s the last full moon of the year and she’s a big one. It will all feel exposed, vulnerable, uncomfortable, and beautiful. Our feelings shine when we let them be who they want to be. Repressing your emotions can only inflame and irritate, spreading discomfort throughout the body. This moon is giving you an opportunity to fully feel whatever it is you’re feeling, which in turn will allow you to release those emotions that don’t serve you anymore.

Allow yourself to feel. Feel angry, feel sad, feel elated. Grief, mourn, celebrate, do it all! If you’ve felt stuck with one emotion looping through your mind and want to be able to move past it, feel it. Give that emotion a ceremony.
